Hey all!

I haven’t been writing, I’m sorry! School started earlier this week, and I’m sure that’s really gonna keep me busy.

We got a new kitten!

Luke stopped by the other day, and he brought one of his kittens from home, cause his mom is making him get rid of them. I feel bad that he has to get rid of them, but she’s soooo cute, and he’ll be able to see her all the time, even though she isn’t his anymore!

She immediately started following Shawn around, which is so funny, cause he really doesn’t know what to do with her!

Intro!

Hi! My name is Elsie Heather May. My nickname with my family here is “Ayala”, which means doe. I’ve lived with Judith and everyone for eight or so years, though recently, Baron took us into his own care. Before I lived with him, I lived at home alone with my mom. When I was young, she started to forget things. It started off with little things, like she couldn’t remember where her shoes where, or where she’d parked the car, and then it started to get really bad. We were going home one night, and she couldn’t remember where we lived. She had to be taken away and put in an assisted living home when I came home from school one day, and she couldn’t remember who I was. I still visit her all the time, though she doesn’t always remember who I am. She’s always so kind to me, and Baron, and anyone else who visits her with me, and that is something I will always remember that she taught me. You have to be nice to everyone, no matter what. Even if you don’t know who they are.

My mother has early-onset Alzheimer’s, which is supposedly something that is genetic, from what I’ve heard. I’m terrified that it will happen to me, too, so that is why I love to write diaries and notes all the time. If something ever happens to me, I want to be prepared, cause I don’t want any of my friends to feel like I’ve ever forgotten them.

I like a lot of music, though I guess Muse and The Killers are my favourite bands.

Anny is my best friend in the entire world! I know she’s a little too quiet and severe for a lot of people, but she’s really a really nice person. You’ve just gotta know what to look for with her, to tell what she’s thinking.

I feel like Matt doesn’t tell us a lot about what he thinks, and that worries me, although the with the way Shawn is, I guess I worry a little bit more about him, than I do about Matt. But anyway, Matt is the reason we’re doing these diaries online, so I’m gonna have to thank him, cause I’m gonna love doing this!

Hiya!

So, Baron decided that we needed to make diary blogs on Tumblr, cause Matt is sort of being lazy on writing his normal diary. I think this is gonna be really fun to do! Baron wants us all to do a two post intro, where we say hi, which is this post, and then make one introducing ourselves, so I’ll do that next. I can’t wait to start!
